Hello There, I'm Annette.
I’m a wife, mother, member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,
And I love my work as a life coach!
Several years ago, I found myself living the life I’d always wanted: I was a stay-at-home mom with four awesome kids and a loving husband, living in a beautiful place. I’m sure from the outside looking in, I had the perfect life.
But I was struggling.
I did a good job of keeping up the “all is well” appearance, but inside I was fighting a raging battle against feelings of self-doubt, loneliness, anxiety, and depression.
If I was living my “dream life,” why wasn’t I happier?
I was doing everything I was supposed to be doing — so why was I feeling so bad?
Working with a coach changed me in ways I never thought possible.
The tools and skills I learned gave me a solid mental and emotional foundation, and have guided me successfully through some of my biggest challenges.
My relationships with myself and others have improved in ways I couldn’t have imagined, and my fear and anxiety about my life and my future has been replaced with peace and optimism!
I love sharing practical tools and knowledge that help women understand and live up to their full potential.
I believe that the concepts of positive psychology and emotional wellness align beautifully with gospel truth, and that the integration of the two can create incredibly powerful results!
Let's Work Togther
Before I found Life Coaching I struggled with people pleasing, codependency, and other behaviors that created unhealthy relationships and sabotaged my happiness. Learning and applying the tools of mental health and emotional wellness changed everything for me--and they can do the same for you too!
When I'm not coaching clients, I love spending time in the outdoors, lunch dates with friends, and game nights with my family.
Life coaching is an excellent tool to rid yourself of negative patterns when you seem to be stuck in that way of thinking. It’s liberating when your eyes are opened to the fact that you don’t need circumstances to change in order to be happy. Annette helped me see what was working for me and what wasn’t. It was beneficial to see what changes need to be made and to be shown how to do so.
